Experience serving as a leadership-level project manager on marketing projects and campaigns.Management experience that includes ability to lead and motivate with or without direct authority, set objectives, and manage performance and conflict resolution.Experience leading in a team-based environment with internal and/or external partners.Expertise in strategic marketing planning, and particularly in setting and measuring key performance indicators (KPIs) on projects or campaigns.Critical thinker with demonstrated problem-solving skills.Strong interpersonal skills and upward management skills, including the ability to negotiate, influence, and persuade.Current PMP certification.Ability and comfort working in partnership with all levels of staff in a collaborative or advisory role.Strategic, motivated self-starter capable of working both independently and collaboratively.Experience managing the planning and delivery of budgets for marketing projects and campaigns.Experience using Asana and/or other project management software.Strong and persuasive verbal and written communication and presentation skills with ability to articulate ideas in a compelling manner.Experience in meeting facilitation and/or meeting management.Strong writing skills with the ability to write clearly for various audiences and stakeholders.Multi-lingual skills and/or multi-cultural or cross-cultural experience.Experience developing visual-forward, well-designed briefings, reports, or other materials.Positive, solution-oriented outlook.WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Bachelor's degree in related field and a minimum of 8 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Experience managing staff and teams.Experience cultivating and managing client relationships.Experience in project management and measuring results.WHAT WE BRING

SALARY INFORMATION
The starting pay range for a candidate selected for this position is generally within the range of $77,000 - 111,000 for annual base salary. This range only applies to candidates whose country of employment is the USA. Where a successful candidate's actual pay will fall within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including, for example, the candidate's location, qualifications, specific skills, and experience. Please note countries outside the USA would have a different pay range in the local currency based on the local labor market, and not tied to USA pay or ranges. Your geographic location will be confirmed during the recruitment.
