Team Lead Expectations:
Processes team project assignments at or above standard (production assignments could represent approximately 50% of total work assignments) Learns newly assigned and temporary project assignment SOPs and or instructions before they are assigned to team members Support supervisor in the training of employees on all team project assignments Assist with SOP development and changes Assist supervisor with performance observations Supports supervisor and Audit Team as necessary with individual and or process audits Inspects work assignments to ensure accuracy and completeness and communicates to supervisor and planning team leads of findings Communicates team member feedback Assist supervisor in planning and obtaining GO meeting materials Support user's in answering questions as needed Respond to voicemail within 24 hour TAT Respond to email within 48 hour TAT Work directly with the Denial Category Owners on any issues/trends Set up and ensure work stations have all necessary tools for new employees Participate in Kaizen Events

License/Certification/Education: Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, but prefer an Associate's Degree w/3-5 years of experience.
Pay Range: $16-20/hr- depending on relevant experience
