Description Supervise and lead the accounts receivable team, providing mentorship, training, and support to ensure high-performance standards.

　　Oversee the end-to-end accounts receivable process, including customer invoicing, cash application, collections, and account reconciliation.

　　Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer inquiries, disputes, and billing discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner.

　　Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements in all accounts receivable activities.

　　Utilize Oracle Fusion to optimize the accounts receivable workflow, streamline processes, and implement automation where possible.

　　Monitor and analyze key performance indicators related to accounts receivable, providing regular reports and insights to management.

　　Participate in the month-end close process, including reconciling accounts receivable sub-ledger to the general ledger.

　　Develop and implement effective credit and collection policies to minimize bad debt risk while maintaining positive customer relationships.

　　Conduct regular reviews of customer credit limits and terms to ensure appropriate risk management.
