　　Position Responsibilities:

　　Customer cash application – deduction and credit management

　　Customer collections

　　Maintain customer relationships – frequent customer communication

　　Balance sheet account reconciliations

　　Resolves account discrepancies by investigating documentation

　　Manages and audit the overall Accounts Receivable functions to ensure compliance with Company policy

　　Perform additional duties or special assignments as assigned or required

　　Requirements

　　Requirements:

　　· 1+years of business experience in a multi-million dollar, high-volume transaction financial-setting preferably in Accounts Receivable.

　　· Must possess professional demeanor, outstanding customer service, and excellent verbal/written communication skills with ability to professionally interact with internal and external customers.

　　· Ability to understand, develop, and refine/improve processes.

　　· High degree of accuracy and proficiency in data entry and management.

　　· Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

　　· Demonstrated problem solving skills.

　　· Must be able to handle multiple tasks/projects at one time.

　　· Must be able to meet deadlines and deal with pressures associated with those deadlines.

　　· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) has knowledge of basic formulas and pivot tables.

　　· This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test.
