　　Assist in the development of cost estimatesReview plans and other technical documentsAnswer questions regarding the scope and/or timing of the projectMaintain control of all project documentationCreate, manage and track RFI's from the field to the architect/engineerof recordMaintain/update project recordsUnderstand appropriate building codes/ regulationsCoordinate project change-order management, creation and negotiationAssist the project team with closeout of the project

　　3+ years' Construction/Renovation experience2+ years' experience in EstimatesStrong attention to detail with good analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to meet deadlines
