　　Responsibilities

　　This position is responsible for all accounts payable activities; including vendor applications, invoice receipt, verification and posting

　　Reporting to the Accounts Payable Supervisor, this position is part of a growing team of positive, motivated and professional individuals

　　Timely and accurate processing of: payables utilizing 3-way matching and resolve all pricing/receiving discrepancies

　　Review, code, and enter vender expense invoices

　　Reconcile vendor statements, research & resolve discrepancies

　　Handle all vendor correspondence via phone or email3+ years' experience in accounts payable environment

　　Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable principles

　　Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records

　　Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software

　　Customer service orientation and negotiation skills

　　High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

　　Skills

　　Purchase Orders (3 years of experience is required)

　　Invoices (3 years of experience is required)
