DESCRIPTION OF WORKAs a Human Services Program Representative 2, you will supervise and strategize on risk management frameworks, oversee quality teams, and spearhead system enhancements to protect the health, safety, and rights of individuals with an intellectual disability, developmental disability, or autism. Your duties will include:Directing the development of a statewide risk and incident management structure,Reviewing ongoing development of risk management frameworks and strategies, as well as evaluating their effectiveness,Supervising professional staff in the Incident and Risk Management and Regulatory Administration Units,Interpreting policies and regulations from federal and state government agencies, as well as writing protocols and directives consistent with department objectives,Operationalizing incident fidelity detection tools within the department,Analyzing data and preparing reports for various committees and entities,Reviewing critical incident cases, identifying improvement opportunities, and consulting on enforcement activities,Leading various IT and business intelligence tools related to incident and risk management, andProducing and conducting statewide trainings related to incident and risk management.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per weekWork hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with 60-minute lunch.Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) full-time. You are required to report to the office in Harrisburg one (1) day per month. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection.
