We currently an opportunity for an Automation Technician to join our team at our manufacturing facility in Huntersville, NC.

　　Night Shift: 12 hours shift (6:45pm-7:00am) 2-2-3 Rotation

　　$1,000 Retention Bonus

　　Your Role:

　　As an Automation Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing all high-speed automation equipment including but not limited to thermoforming, injection molding, and straws. You will have the opportunity to:

　　Perform electrical and mechanical PM’s to ensure integrity of automation equipment.

　　Perform changeovers on equipment to package various products

　　Assist in modifying new and existing plant equipment to improve performance and productivity.

　　Work with the engineering group on special projects.

　　PLC and drive programming.

　　Ultimately, you will play a very important role on our manufacturing team and will help to create an efficient manufacturing environment. 　　High School Diploma or equivalent

　　Prior experience in industrial automation electrical

　　Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics

　　Understanding of pneumatic systems

　　Experience troubleshooting PLC’s

　　Demonstrated ability to coach, teach, and lead other operational personnel

　　Ability to read, write, and speak English

　　Availability to work overtime and flexible shifts
