Financial statement preparation and consolidation, account analysis and reconciliations, cash flow analysis, budgets and forecasting, audit preparation, and internal control maintenance and regulatory reporting will be among your duties as Senior Accountant. 　　Prepare financial analysis on trends, performance metrics, benchmarks, etc.

　　Prepare monthly consolidated P& L and Balance Sheet flux analysis for management reporting

　　Apply oneself to various department-wide initiatives

　　Present Balance Sheet account reconciliations

　　Provide monthly accounting closure procedures and deliverables, which includes journal entries, reconciliations, reports in compliance with GAAP

　　Continuously analyze current automation of the accounting and reporting process and present improvement suggestions

　　Uphold company standards when working with business partners to ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies, procedures and controls; while also providing support on special requests when required

　　Contribute to coordinating quarterly reviews and testing with internal and external auditors

　　Administer Ad-hoc projects as necessary

　　Requirements - Engages effectively in self-directed time management and prioritization of workload

　　3-5 years of overall general accounting experience, ideally with Big 4 experience

　　Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high pressure environment, to prioritize deals and adapt to quick changes while remaining diligent

　　Remarkable analytical, quantitative and social skills

　　Knowledgeable of ERP systems

　　Proficiency with corporate performance management (CPM) and business intelligence systems required

　　Self-starter, ability to identify issues and resolve problems

　　Attention to detail and proven ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement

　　BA/BS in Accounting, CPA credentials are preferred

　　Deep understanding of internal controls and SOX compliance

　　Prior work done in public accounting is desired

　　Demonstrated knowledge of forecasting

　　Adeptness in financial analysis

　　Bank Account Reconciliation experience desired

　　Balance Sheet Reconciliation experience

　　Budgeting experience

　　Experience with consolidations

　　Practical knowledge of Monthly Statements

　　General familiarity with month end closings

　　US GAAP experience highly preferred

　　Strong familiarity with Analyze Financial Statements

　　Ability to meet deadlines

　　Great written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
