This position has direct, face-to-facecontact with our customers and is expected to be proactive with thesales of TDS services and products. Services include, but are notlimited to, Telephony, Video/CATV/DBS, Internet, and/or high speednetworks. This position exceeds customer expectations by performingextraordinary customer service, identifying customer needs, andproviding them with communications solutions. This position alsounderstands how to use and demonstrate TDS products and seeks salesopportunities while educating the customer. Products &services include(but are not limited to): Local Service, Central Office Services,Structured Cabling, MAC (Moves, Adds and Changes), Voice Mail, Audioand/or Video Conferencing and Non-regulated CPE. This position can behired at either a Field Service Technician (2024-23042) or Field ServiceTechnician-Network (2024-23044) level depending on the skills andqualifications of the candidate.
