Description

　　Robert Half is seeking two Accounts Payable Specialist to assist our client through a system conversion. This is a great foot in the door and could lead to permanent employment. We are looking for two skilled Accounts Payable Specialist to be responsible for processing all invoices received for payment and undertaking the payment of all creditors in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner. The individual will manage weekly full-cycle A/P which includes receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Process full cycle Accounts Payable (match, batch, code and prepare payments)

　　Reconcile accounts payable transactions

　　Prepare analysis of accounts and reports

　　Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date

　　Review and verify invoices and check requests

　　Prepare and perform check runs

　　Resolve invoice discrepancies and issues

　　Correspond and cooperate with vendors and respond to inquiries

　　Job cost allocation

　　Assist with month-end and year-end closing, as necessary

　　Perform other duties as required to support the company’s accounting operations

　　Requirements

　　Minimum of three years of experience in an Accounts Payable position with job costing experience, preferably in the construction industry.

　　Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

　　Experience with SAGE software is preferred.

　　Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.

　　Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

　　Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, clients, and public.
