Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a CNC Machinist!

　　Position type: Full-time, direct-hire

　　Location: Syracuse, NY

　　Hours: Monday - Thursday, 10-hour shifts (2/3pm to 12:30/ 1:30am)

　　As a CNC Machinist you will: Read and interpret complex blueprints and operation sketches for machined and fabricated parts. Inspect parts to specifications and document results. Installing fixtures and setting work offsets. Using an offline tool pre-setter, prepare and set tools needed for machining operations. Accurately and efficiently diagnose deviations and trends; adjust offsets to maintain quality product based on the analysis. Report machinery, tooling, or quality issues to supervisor. Run multiple machine centers as required. Perform additional duties as assigned. The ideal candidate will have: Experience in set-up and operation of multi axis CNC machinery; 4/5 axis horizontal mills and/or lathes. High School Graduate or equivalent; technical certification or degree a plus. Ability to work from complex drawings containing GD&T. Ability to perform accurate manual inspections of parts produced. Solid understanding of G-code. Ability to program machines a plus. Experience with low volume, high mix production a plus. Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration! 　　Pay Range*: $27.00 to $40.00 per hour

　　*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
