Description

　　Robert Half is urgently seeking an Accounts Payable (A/P) Clerk. The Accounts Payable Clerk will be a long-term contract / temporary to hire opening. In this progressive department, career growth and quick advancement is possible. The Accounts Payable Clerk tasks will consist of matching and batching code invoices, resolving A/P issues, processing expense reports, updating and reconciling sub-ledger to G/L, and processing checks.

　　What you get to do every day

　　Manage the process of verifying, logging, and mailing checks, including expediting special handling

　　Accurately execute daily processes and controls in a timely manner while ensuring company policies are followed

　　Carry out a full-cycle A/P

　　Support the AP/Finance Department by completing administrative tasks

　　Carry out additional tasks as assigned

　　Sort, register, scan, and store invoices, checks, and other documents

　　Manage customer service tasks for internal business partners

　　Provide internal and external audit assistance as required

　　Open, sort, and distribute daily department mail

　　Requirements - Accounts Payable (AP) experience required

　　Proficiency in Data Analysis

　　Experience with Concur Expense

　　Proven knowledge of Concur

　　Sage Software experience

　　Solid understanding of Accounts Payable (AP)

　　Established communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills, especially with both technical and financial backgrounds

　　AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting, Business or similar preferred

　　Prior experience in an A/P role preferred

　　Strong attention to detail

　　Ability to work within spreadsheets and databases
