Description:

　　Job Description The Accounts Payable Associate performs transactional and analytical accounts payable processing and clerical functions. Job description: - Accounts payable processing and Invoicing - Printing and working with POs - Matching open Invoices, Distribution, and Logging Updates - Reconciliation Statements - Able to do basic pivot tables and VLOOKUP's with Microsoft Excel - Experience with any ERP system - Working with other departments and vendors to resolve discrepancies. - Verifying Statements and request missing invoices from vendors. - Running Preliminary Check Run report to determine what needs to be paid. - Working with vendors and the internal departments on POs and payments - Weekly Internal Discussions based on Payment Requests to vendors - Performing additional duties in support of organizational goals.

Basic Excel Experience Background in Manufacturing a plus
