Description We are offering an opportunity for an Accounting Manager/Supervisor to join our team in ORLAND PARK, Illinois. This role will involve overseeing complex business returns for S-Corporations, C-Corporations, and Partnerships, as well as preparing financial statements using PPC checklists. The role will also include tax, financial accounting, and client interaction responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee complex business returns for S-Corporations, C-Corporations, and Partnerships

• Prepare and review financial statements using PPC checklists

• Manage tax preparation processes

• Conduct financial accounting tasks

• Interact with clients to address inquiries and provide financial advice

• Utilize accounting software systems for efficient and accurate data management

• Employ ERP solutions and Great Plains for financial planning and management

• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions

• Conduct auditing tasks for financial transparency and compliance

• Manage billing functions and oversee tax preparation procedures

• Prepare financial statements for businesses ranging from $1 MM to $60 MM in revenue

• Use Lacerte Tax Software and QuickBooks for various accounting tasks. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the accounting field.

• Proficient in Accounting Software Systems.

• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services.

• Experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and ERP Solutions.

• Knowledge of Great Plains (GPAC).

• Expertise in Accounting Functions.

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

• Proficient in Auditing and Billing Functions.

• Experience with Tax Preparation.

• Ability to prepare Financial Statements.

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is preferred.

• Familiarity with Lacerte Tax Software.

• Proficiency in QuickBooks is required.
