Carly Sahagian with Robert Half is in search of a diligent Accounting Clerk to become a part of our team based in Wilsonville, Oregon. Your primary duties will include handling account reconciliation, managing both accounts payable and receivable, and taking care of billing tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the process of account reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

• Handle accounts payable tasks, ensuring that all bills are paid in a timely manner

• Manage accounts receivable, making sure all payments are accounted for and properly posted

• Oversee billing tasks, preparing and issuing invoices for customers

• Utilize your skills in data entry to maintain accurate and up-to-date records

• Handle invoice processing tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for various accounting tasks and data management

• Work with Oracle for database management and record keeping

• Use QuickBooks and SAP for various accounting functions

• Utilize Quickbooks Online for managing and tracking financial information.

Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is required

• Familiarity with Accounts Payable (AP) procedures is needed

• Experience in handling Accounts Receivable (AR) is necessary

• Knowledge of Billing processes is essential

• Must possess strong Data Entry skills

• Ability to efficiently process Invoices is expected

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required

• Experience with Oracle software is preferred

• Knowledge of QuickBooks software is advantageous

• Familiarity with SAP systems is desired

• Experience with Quickbooks Online is a plus
