Preston St, Louisville, KY. $3000 Sign-on/ Retention bonus eligible!Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Greet, direct and interview patients.Enter demographic data in the computerized patient information system.Answer telephone calls and handle inquiries.Schedule patient appointments.Compile patient charts.Serve as cashier; accept payments from patients; enter financial data into computer; issue receipts; balance cash drawer at end of day; set up payment contracts; work with insurance companies to obtain pre-authorizations; track payments and troubleshoot issues.
