Description We are on the lookout for an Accounting Clerk to join our team in the finance industry, located at POWELL NT, Ohio. As an Accounting Clerk, your role will be crucial in managing financial data and ensuring that all account records are accurate and up to date. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately reconcile account discrepancies to ensure financial data integrity

• Handle accounts payable tasks, ensuring all financial obligations are met in a timely manner

• Manage accounts receivable to maintain a steady cash flow and minimize bad debts

• Take responsibility for billing procedures, ensuring invoices are issued and payments are received promptly

• Utilize Yardi Software for financial data management and reporting

• Perform data entry tasks, inputting financial data accurately into the system

• Leverage Microsoft Excel to organize financial data and create reports. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is necessary

• Mastery of Accounts Payable (AP) operations is required

• Must have experience in Billing procedures

• Adeptness in Data Entry is expected

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is vital

• Knowledge of Yardi Software is essential
