SUMMARY/POSITION OBJECTIVE:
The Associate Director of Market Access Strategy – Oncology supports Regeneron’s oncology commercial team, with accountability in market access engagements and activities in support of the commercialization efforts of LIBTAYO in the US. Focus will be on leading initiatives for our Non-Melanoma Skin Cancer (NMSC) indications as well as Life Cycle Management (LCM). Responsibilities will also include providing strategic support and cross-functional direction to extended market access teams.
A Typical Day Might Look Like This:
Lead overall market access strategy for NMSC indications (CSCC/BCC) and LCM
Serve as the market access point person for NMSC indication leads. Attend all pertinent meetings, take ownership of projects/initiatives, and keep leadership informed as appropriate
Develop tactical materials to support the NMSC strategy
Assist in annual brand planning including market access strategy recommendations, initiative planning, and budgeting
Oversee tracking/initiatives centered around pathway and NCCN Guideline updates
Help facilitate regular Market Access Advisory Boards and general market research
Provide marketing support for the development of resources, media planning, congress planning, etc.
Vendor management: oversee relationship and budget with vendors pertinent to scope of work
Comply with all laws, regulations and policies that govern the conduct of Regeneron activities

Proven marketing planning and executional skills
Minimal educational requirements:
Bachelors Degree
Minimum Years of Experience:
7+ years of "progressive" industry or relevant professional experience (i.e. Physician practice, consulting, patient support)
4 years of Market Access experience
Oncology experience strongly preferred
Physician-administered biologics experience preferred
In-house pharma/biotech a plus
