Description:

　　Manage all aspects of labor costing

　　Handle job cost accounting and accounts payable

　　Responsible for daily processing and completions of:

　　Accounts payable – coding expense invoices and facilitating payments to vendors

　　Inventory receipts, match to PO, process vendor invoices

　　Understand sales and use tax

　　Assist in reconciling general ledger accounts to subsidiary records

　　Skills:

　　General ledger, Reconciliation, job costing

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　Bachelor’s degree in accounting

　　Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and able to learn company-specific software systems

　　Experience Level:

　　Intermediate Level
