　　Major responsibilities

　　Search websites for information

　　Analyze completed work for duplications or errors in content before submitting the final product

　　Audit reports and sheets of data

　　Confirm, corroborate, and remove unnecessary data, or combine data from several sources

　　Request further information for documents that are deemed incomplete

　　Retain detailed accounts of tasks, files, and progress

　　File information into spreadsheets, databases and customer relationship management systems

　　Requirements - Excellent oral and written communication skills

　　Knowledge of Data Input

　　Microsoft Office Suites experience preferred

　　Data entry experience

　　Organizing Files experience

　　Proficient computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systemsAbility to multitask and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds

　　Excellent typing accuracy
