About Account Services Specialist-Liberty Lake, WA

  Gemini is currently seeking an Account Services Specialist to join our team in Cannon Falls, MN; Garland, TX; or Liberty Lake, WA. The ideal candidate possesses knowledge of basic accounting principles, excellent phone etiquette, solid communication skills, and strong attention to detail. A strong sense of urgency is required to accomplish daily tasks and goals.Essential FunctionsReview customer sales orders in a timely manner to determine best approach to proceed to production while meeting customer expectations and maintaining standard processes and guidelines.Possess the ability to negotiate with customers and make quick, logical decisions to settle on an outcome to collect funds while staying within guidelines.Handle challenging situations with customers in a professional manner and firmness.Contact customers through daily phone discussions, fax or email correspondence to set up payment arrangements.Resolve issues or questions with customers concerning their account such as missing invoices, account credit inquiries, terms, down payments, credit card information, etc.Process credit card transactions and other electronic payments methods.Manage assigned territories of accounts by contacting, communicating, and following up with customers to resolve outstanding account issues while providing necessary correspondence and direction as needed.Discuss unusual customer requests, outstanding issues, or demands with the Account Services Manager.Place customer accounts with outside collection agencies as needed.Perform other duties as assigned.Position RequirementsHigh School Graduate /GED or equivalent demonstrated competency through work experience.Minimum of two (2) years of experience in collections.(4) years related accounting, business, or equivalent experience preferred.Above average skills in communication, interpersonal relationships, and customer service.Good mathematical aptitude and abilities required.Well organized, with good numerical skills.Ability to handle high volume of incoming calls, manage workflow, and deal with problem customers as required.Benefits:$0 Health Insurance Premium for Employee-Only Coverage (Plus low-cost premiums for other coverage levels!)4% Retirement Match with Profit SharingGenerous Paid Time Off (Vacation, Holiday, Parental, Volunteer, and Sick)Dental, Vision, Disability and Life InsuranceGet Paid WeeklyUse of Company Owned Resort in Hayward, WITuition Reimbursement ProgramAbout Us:As a leader in the signage manufacturing industry, Gemini, Inc. has been providing stability to our employees since 1963.
