  Job Overview

  TE Connectivity's Account Management Teams are responsible for selling TE's products, systems or services, providing detailed technical product information and maintaining relationships with customers in assigned geographic territory, industry or accounts.

  国内大手生活家電機器メーカの顧客何社かの営業担当となります。状況に応じ、担当客先のローテーションがあります。

  ・ 担当顧客に対し、既存ビジネスの堅守、また当該ビジネスシェア拡大に向け、提案営業の立案遂行。

  ・ 担当顧客に対し、継続して顧客満足のいくQCDSの提供、および本実践のための社内各部署との連携構築とその強化。

  ・ 新製品のアイデア提案、社内のプロダクトマネジメント部門や、エンジニア部門と連携し製品の具現化、アイデア製品のビジネス確立。

  ・代理店と連携し、担当顧客の国内・海外のプロジェクトに対し、製品提案、商流提案を行う。

  What your background should look like:

  【応募資格】 Education, Language, Certification

  ・ 学歴: 大卒以上

  ・ 語学: 英語 - 中級程度以上 (目安TOEIC600点、または相応の実力)

  ※取引先を含む海外拠点と、日常的にメールや電話による情報交換と会議の機会があります。

  ・ PCスキル (Microsoft Office〔EXCEL、Word、Power Point〕必須)

  ・ 普通自動車運転免許 (顧客訪問用途としてリースカーが貸与されます)

  【業務経験】

  ・ 機械・電子部品系のメーカや電材商社/代理店での法人営業もしくは技術/FAE経験がある方

  ・ 営業することに自信のある方

  ・ 社内関係部門との潤滑な連携、また協調性をもって積極的にプロジェクト推進ができる方 (明るさ、活発さ、粘り強さ、協調性)

  ・ 常に創造的な活動ができるような情報収集等、努力を惜しまないで活動できる方

  ・ 顧客との円滑な折衝/交渉ができるコミュニケーション能力のある方

  ・ 業務に対する積極的な姿勢 (待つのではなく取りに行く) および自己管理能力

  ・ 生活家電業界での経験や、生活家電業界向けの営業経験のある方

  ・ 日本企業にて営業基礎トレーニングを受け、その後、外資系企業にて営業またはFAEの経験のある方

  ・ 業界を問わずコネクタの営業経験がある方

  ・ 具体的な営業の成功体験、および失敗体験を語れる方
