　　Job Overview

　　Asan Internin theMedicalBusiness Unit, you will:

　　Summer intern will report to an engineer or engineering manager to complete regular day to day task as assigned in a medical device manufacturing environment.

　　Job will include supporting a medical manufacturing production line and/or medical process development project.

　　Gaining experience and exposure of manufacturing processes, testing and product development.

　　Responsibilities

　　• Responsibilities could include task around testing, qualifications, layout and process instruction updates.

　　• The intern will be assigned one project to be mentored by an engineer or engineering manager that will require a report-out at that the duration of the internship.

　　• Gain exposure and experience interacting with manufacturing equipment and technologies.

　　You’re the kind of person we are looking for if you:

　　• Have Received a High School Diploma or GED

　　• Are currently enrolled in a program or pursuing a BA/BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering , Biomedical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering from an accredited college or university or have equivalent work history. (In certain circumstances, students who are taking a gap year will be considered.)

　　• Have previous internship or large project experience is preferred

　　• Are authorized to work in the U.S.

　　• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $18.20 – 38.64 (subject to change dependent on physical location)

　　• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.

Our program provides a holistic experience for interns that targets professional development and personal growth.

　　Our internship program typically runs May thru August and gives students the opportunity to work on projects that contribute to the success of their team and build on their classroom experience. Throughout the 10–12-week program, interns will be provided with:

　　TE Connectivity recruits on campus between September and March for New Grad (FT), Rotational, Internship and Co-op positions beginning in May.
