　　We are currently seeking a Field Tech Senior Representative to join our team in Belen, Heredia, Costa Rica.

　　Job Description

　　1)0-1 Years of experience in the technical support.

　　2)Experience as dispatcher or similar position.

　　3)Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office Excel knowledge is a plus.

　　4)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

　　5)Strong knowledge of processes and ticket prioritization.

　　6)Outstanding organizational and time-management skilles.

　　Responsabilities

　　1)Preparing daily work such as SLAs.

　　2)Speaking with supervisors or customers to resolve problems, requests for services or equipment.

　　3)Keeping and organizing work requests, customer requests, inventory records and other information.

　　4)Respond to any issues and follow-up by coordinating with the appropriate departments or field units.

　　5)Respond to queries related to incidents.
