About Head of Client Outcomes

  Your role

  Are you a collaborative professional with experience driving change? Do you have a proven track record in relationship management?

  UBS is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our Alternative Investments capability, specifically seeking professionals who can quickly master our diverse product range and help engage with key stakeholders to prioritize our strategic vision and be the face of our team.

  Within the Alternative Investments team, you will:

  • be the face of our field experience initiatives, ensuring that our most important stakeholders are aware of our strategic roadmap, and work closely with their teams to ensure our advisors have a say in what we deliver.

  • be responsible for the fund/vendor relationship across roughly 100 third party providers, ensuring that their service meets our clients' needs.

  • track, prioritize, and socialize field feedback and translate that feedback into constructive suggestions. For external partners, own and maintain fund behavioral tracking to ensure that funds meet our high standards.

  • be a communications expert; nothing gets communicated to our advisors without your review.

  • act as a contact for service and support staff and as an escalation point on sensitive messaging and communications.

  Specific short-term and long-term objectives:

  • get sightline into all AI Hub queues and statuses

  • deliver and govern our Single Service Channel (shared inbox; click4service; phone; PeopleSoft cases)

  • review and sign off on all Trails proactive comms and form an opinion on additional opportunities to communicate to the field proactively

  • partner with Core Processing Lead to identify Right First Time opportunities and construct issue tracker and prioritization

  • construct and govern Fund Behavioral Tracker

  • contribute to weekly business agenda with an eye towards chairing call in 2024

  Your team

  The Alternative Investments Core Processing and Service teams support the full front-to-back trade, client, and asset lifecycle for Private Equity and Hedge fund products. We work closely with our branches, Financial Advisors, and Sales and Product partners to support business growth, manage key risk, and provide top-tier service to our Wealth Management clients. The team is currently engaged in a number of strategic efforts to automate our operating model and to unlock business growth. With your expertise, our advisors will always have a voice at the table.

  Your expertise

  • 8+ years of relationship, vendor, or collaborative experience with multiple stakeholders

  • exemplary communication and interpersonal skills, along with good judgement on setting commitments.

  • track record of process improvement, project work, or similar experience

  • organized, and people focused

  • ability to prioritize multiple issues while delivering within a fast-paced and dynamic environment

  • project management experience a plus
