About Manager of Case Management

  Description

  This is a Full time day shift position working in the Case Management department at Northwest Medical Center.

  Position Purpose

  As an organization leader, this position shares accountability for facilitating organizational and department goals using effective leadership knowledge, skills and abilities that ensure achievement of expected results for patient/customer service, employee engagement, financial health, business growth and quality and safety outcomes.

  Position Qualifications/Minimum Requirements

  Education: "Required: Associates or Diploma in nursing program, or Masters degree in Social Work (MSW)

  Preferred: For RN incumbents, BSN or MSN"

  Experience: Required: Five (5) years experience in case management, and Two (2) years of supervisory experience.

  Skills: Deep expertise in healthcare industry needs and trends related to assigned areas of oversight; Ability to develop and present strategy and operational plans; Operational and people management skills that result in patient satisfaction, on-going quality improvement and employee engagement of a diverse population; Results oriented with proven success at working collaboratively with all stakeholders to meet key goals.

  Licenses/Certifications: "Required: Current AZ RN Licensure or compact state RN license or LMSW license.

  Preferred: Case Management or Utilization Management certification. "
