This role is responsible for supporting senior sales team members in originating, developing, and maintaining key client relationships by facilitating mailer/client requests for postal mail strategies, email list recommendations and strategies, pricing negotiations, trafficking, and billing of specific clients. Responsibilities also include analyzing a client's business issue(s), develop recommendations and assist our clients to implement enhancements to support their marketing strategies. Essential Job Functions: * * Develop and maintain key client relationships to understand their business needs and goals as well as provide tailored solutions that meet their data requirements. * Analyze mailers historical data and make recommendations on direct mail or email lists for future campaigns. * Manage order entry into the Lake Group legacy system and Nextmark brokerage system. * Ensure client instructions and requirements are accurate for the successful execution of mailer campaigns. * Develop and implement orders with mailer specifics with list owner requirements, ensuring compliance and quality of mailer campaigns. * Understanding of mailer responsibilities using third party data . * Manage order delivery to client's service bureau, validating quantities, confirming pricing. * Provide exceptional customer service to new clients and established long-term clients, responding to the needs of the client by determining the course of action to take, and executing that action. * Create list recommendations and testing strategies based on mailer's historical performance to identify opportunities for revenue growth and customer satisfaction. * Essential functions are the basic job duties that an employee must be able to perform, with or without reasonable accommodation. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: * Analytical, decision making, and problem-solving skills. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build strong relationships with key clients and internal stakeholders. * Ability to communicate with individuals at all levels in the Company and with business contacts outside the Company in an articulate, professional manner. * Ability to collaborate, work effectively and contribute within a team environment and with clientele. * Basic understanding of NexMark System. * Knowledge of Dart/Atlas mail planning tools. * Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and virtual meeting tools. * Ability to work in fast-paced environment with high level of attention to detail. * Work well within a collaborative team environment. * Ability to respond to direction and instructions in a timely manner. * Ability to conduct and host virtual meetings. Education, Experience, and Certification: * * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required.* * 2+ years of relevant work experience.* * Previous postal/email brokerage experience. *Minimum requirements needed to perform the job.
