　　Description and Requirements

　　As the 4P Business Manager, Motorola Nordics reporting to the MBG Nordics General Manager, you will build together with assigned countries the strategy for Motorola to achieve our ambitious growth expectations in terms of volumes, revenue, profit, and market share. You will devise solutions and strategies to improve performance and overcome daily and longer-term business challenges and drive our quarterly business cadence.

　　You will be directly involved in pricing decisions and pricing strategy of assigned countries and you will run reviews on the effectiveness and sustainability of the plan.

　　Together with the Product team, you will help the countries to design and identify the opportunities of the future product in the roadmap.

　　We are looking for someone who has:

　　Outstanding business acumen

　　Supported Consumer and Business segment

　　Supported phone business

　　The ambitious entrepreneurship and the desire to achieve even more

　　The bravery to explore new ways to do business, and to respond to our fast, ever-moving market landscape

　　The ability to use data to make compelling arguments and business cases

　　Key to this success in this role is the ability to workcollaboratively in a matrixed and complex environment and to be able to influence key decision-makers in the Nordics market.

　　You will be reviewed and will need to proactively work to:

　　Deploy our stretching business ambitions and country-level

　　Lead the optimal execution of our business plan to achieve our goals

　　Provide clear and detailed market and competitive analysis

　　Optimize pricing to deliver our financial and material forecasting

　　Keep our business on track, and help us respond to a highly dynamic market

　　What do we expect from you?

　　5-8 years of experience in the IT / Phone industry focused on the consumer sector, in a similar matrixed and complex organization

　　Demonstrate a track record of outperforming market growth in terms of Revenue, Market Share, & profit

　　Experienced in P&L management

　　The ability to succeed through influence and persuasion

　　Emotional intelligence, flexible work style, and excellent diplomatic skills across all levels of the organization

　　A willingness to travel >30% of the time, engaging the markets, customers, partners, and global teams
