　　We are looking for a talented Material Handler, specializing in material and product management, to join our Operations Team in Mineral Point, WI.

　　In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

　　Under some supervision, follow established procedures and guidelines to receive, handle, store, perform system transactions, and dispatch goods in a factory or warehouse.

　　Receive incoming goods and check for damage and discrepancies between goods and invoices.

　　Accurately sort, label, store goods and arrange storage to optimize warehouse space.

　　Pick, pack, and dispatch outgoing goods according to written or verbal requests or orders.

　　Comply with HSE standards, policies, procedures & regulations.

　　Operates manual and automated equipment to pick, pack, and ship products per customer expectations.

　　To be successful in this role you will need the following:

　　Communicates effectively - Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that clearly understand different audiences' unique needs.

　　Customer focus - Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.

　　Drives results - Consistently achieving results, even under tough circumstances.

　　Warehouse Operations - Utilizes warehousing tools, systems, and methodologies to meet defined metrics for inbound and outbound operations of a warehouse.

　　Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
