　　Innova Solutions is currently seeking a TIER II NETWORK TECHNICIAN - COMSECRESONSIBLE OFFICER with a Top Secret Clearance to serve an Americanmultinational telecommunications holding company. The job duties of this roleare a combination of both networking and COMSEC responsibilities andexperience.

　　Position type: Full-time W2 (No C2C - No VISA sponsorship candidates)Duration: 24 months and ongoingLocation: Onsite in Aurora, ColoradoPay Range: $65-71/hour including 15 days PTO

　　KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

　　Coordinate network operations, maintenance, repairs, or upgradesutilizing the customer ticketing application [ServiceNow]Create and maintain a COMSEC file plan IAW COMSEC policy, and anauthorized COMSEC access listEnsure cryptographic equipment is keyed IAW the supporting key's effectiveand supersession datesEnsure TPI requirements are followed when handling Top Secret COMSECmaterialEstablish a comprehensive COMSEC training program for all briefedindividualsImplement standard network change requests and incident requests withinstandard timelinesMaintain accountabilities for all COMSEC material issued to their subaccountPerform configuration management functions such as update topologydrawings, ensure asset management records are accurate, and inventoriedPrepare a written emergency plan detailing how COMSEC equipment should behandled in emergency situations; ensure COMSEC briefed personnel areproperly trained on this documentProcess all transfer, destruction, & inventory documents in a timelymanner; return paperwork to the program officeProvide support to Tier III network engineers for incident management andprojects (site surveys, coordinate and install new equipment)Report any known or suspected COMSEC incidentsReturn all excess or faulty equipment within the appropriate time framesutilizing the appropriate security processesSupport the installation and maintenance of the client's Local AreaNetwork (LAN)/Wide Area Network (WAN) devicesValidate the continuing need for COMSEC material held on the account bycreating a Requirements LetterQUALIFICATIONS:

　　Candidate must have 10 years of experience that can be a combination of workhistory and education. This equates to:

　　Master's and 4 years

　　OR, bachelor's and 6 yearsOR, associate's and 8 yearsOR, high school and 10+ years.Twelve years of experience can be a combination of work history andeducation.

　　Must comply with DoD 8570 Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level 2.

　　Additional required qualifications include: COMSEC, Layer 1, and Layer2 network experience.Working knowledge of basic routing fundamentals, crypto convert types(i.e., KG175, KG142, Kiv-7M, etc.), IApp management system,layer 2 switching concepts, layer 3 protocols such as Open Shortest PathFirst (OSPF), Border Gateway Protocol (BGP), and Virtual RouterRedundancy Protocol (VRRP), Transmission Control Protocol/InternetProtocol (TCP/IP) and Open Systems Interconnection (OSI) model,and ServiceNow or similar IT Service Management (ITSM) products.Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
