　　We are looking for a talented 1st Shift Material Team Lead join our team specializing in Logistics for our BUSINESS SEGMENT, in Mineral Point, WI .

　　In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

　　Coordinates operations through interaction with operations management. Coordinates activities for different areas like Inbound, Outbound, Kitting, etc. based on direction from Operations management.

　　Comply with HSE standards, policies, procedures & regulations.

　　Performs quality checks for damage and for discrepancies between goods and invoices.

　　Receive incoming goods, accurately sort, label/package, store goods and arrange storage to optimize warehouse space.

　　Operates manual and automated equipment to pick, pack and ship product per the customer expectations.

　　Demonstrates a high level of competency in core work skills.

　　Correct hazards within your control and capabilities.

　　To be successful in this role you will need the following:

　　Skills

　　Ensures accountability - Holding self and others accountable to meet commitments.

　　Warehouse Inventory Control - Manages physical inventory utilizing inventory control methodologies to maintain inventory and meet customer expectations.

　　Warehouse Operations - Utilizes warehousing tools, systems, and methodologies to meet defined metrics for inbound and outbound operations of a warehouse.

　　Mode Selection - Evaluates and selects appropriate transportation mode and equipment type by lane through shipment volume analysis against business requirements to provide optimal shipping method (balance cost, quality and time).

　　Education, Licenses, Certifications

　　High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

　　College, University or equivalent degree in Business, Engineering or related field preferred.

　　This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

　　Experience

　　Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience in a related field such as logistics, warehousing and third party logistics provider management.

　　1st shift Materials Team Lead- CONVERSION, Applicant selected through an interview.

　　Previous role in leading and managing within a warehouse and dealing with 3rd party vendors helpful, but not required. Prefer applicants with prior PIV experience with forklifts, tuggers and/or electric pallet jacks. Also helpful, some experience using Microsoft office and use of scan guns to move parts from various locations internally, but not required.

　　Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
