Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for an Experienced, Senior, or Lead Work Movement Project Management Specialist (Levels 3, 4, or 5) to join our BCA Supply Chain Stability team in Everett, Washington.
The Supply Base Management Specialist will support and lead the evolution and stabilization of the Work Movement process across BCA and the Enterprise. You will work with stakeholders across BCA and Enterprise functional groups to help evolve and strengthen Boeing's work movement management process into the world's best.
This job role will require creativity, problem solving, strong project management, and the ability to work collaboratively. We are directly aligned to The Boeing Company's stability initiatives and this position will have a direct effect on our business units' priorities. The successful candidate is someone who can effectively integrate diverse stakeholders to create, manage, and implement complex project plans. Candidates must be able to lead cross-functional and supplier engagements to manage and mitigate production risks during manufacturing site changes. The ideal candidate will have will have a passion for, and experience with, creating tools, standards, training, and leading continuous improvement initiatives.

Position Responsibilities:
Design, lead, and implement improvements to the management system for work movement.
Lead and partner with global teams to enhance and execute supply chain stability initiatives while establishing best practices across the enterprise.
Partner with leadership to interpret key supply chain objectives in order to plan and execute initiatives across the enterprise.
Lead large scale projects across the value stream of work movement that impact the entire supply chain.
Think critically to develop and navigate solutions to a broad spectrum of complexities.
Collaborate, integrate, and influence cross functionally.
Prepare and deliver presentations to support supply chain leadership decisions, strategies, and oversight.
Assess and synthesize large amounts of data to proactively address risks, issues, and opportunities.
Create, implement, and enhance standard tools, systems, and processes.
Support broader BCA teams with training, coaching, and guidance on navigating work movements.
Has intermediate to advanced proficiency in Project Management methodologies and Risk Management.
Builds trust across organizations and communicates effectively to develop partnerships with key stakeholders, customers and leadership.
Acts as primary point of contact for suppliers, customers and programs in the lens of the Work Movement Project.
May support or lead a high complexity work movement package where you will be expected to identify key project stakeholders, develop and maintain project implementation plans, assess and mitigate risk, and coordinate actions with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure engagement, alignment of requirements, and progress to plan. This will include on-site supplier deep dives and project/factory management.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):
3+ years of experience managing suppliers/vendors to deliver products and services
3+ years of experience in root cause analysis and corrective action
3+ years of experience in a role that required Project Scheduling and/or Program Management skills
3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Ability to travel 25% of the time
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
10+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
1+ years of experience in manufacturing operations
1+ years of experience in data analytics
1+ years of experience managing or implemented standards, tools, templates, processes or key performance indicators
Lean Six Sigma Certifications
Project Management Certification
Typical Education/Experience:
Experienced (Level 3): Typically 6 or more years' related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.
Senior (Level 4): Typically 10 or more years' related work experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.
Lead (Level 5): Typically 15 or more years' related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Summary pay range:
Experience (Level 3): $105,450 - $122,100
Senior (Level 4): $122,550 - $141,900
Lead (Level 5): $142,500 - $165,000
