Job Description

　　The ideal candidate has mature experience in electrical engineering, understand the relationship of different development disciplines within Systems, knows about project management and is able to deal in this relation with our customer, within a development team and our production location.

　　S/he is seeking for the right understanding/ implementation of customer requirements towards display & other products within User Experiences.

　　In this role you will provide leadership in the RD-bridge to our Customer, negotiate Requirements and ensure the execution to realize the product development with customer and internal satisfaction until SOP.

　　Main Tasks/Responsibility:

　　understand customer requirements, detect missing items & grey zones for the product specification to ensure all requirements are given for the product developmentunderstand customer and internal Milestones/development processes and guide R&D team to keep Milestones and deliverables within Time and Quality targetleading self & leading Systems/EE for the product developmenttrack and control Electrical requirements of the product development in relation to customer quality targetsorganize and lead related customer meetingsprovide technical support and guidance for team membersact as a R&D bridge to our customer to balance different working principles under intercultural aspectseligible for oversea travelingcommunicate and work in international teamsAdditional Information
