Job Description

　　Insight Global is seeking a Utility Project Manager to work with a full-service civil engineering and program management client. The ideal candidate will have specific experience managing state-run utilities and experience with utility rebate programs. As a Utility Project Manager, you will assist senior leadership in all phases of project implementation, including but not limited to collecting requirements, managing support staff, establishing structure and direction for the project, and ensure project requirements are understood. You will also be involved in prime contract and subcontract administration. Strong planning, organization, leadership, and documentation skills are of the utmost importance.

　　Skills and Requirements

　　5+ Years of experience as a project manager

　　Experience managing state run utilities

　　Experience with utility rebate programs

　　Proficient with MS Excel, MS Word and project management software

　　Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment criminal, driving and drug screen

　　Must possess a current and valid state driver's license and a clean driving record Experience with FEMA/HUD-funded housing programs

　　PMP certification

　　Bachelor's degree null
