Job Description

　　A commercial real estate client is looking for a building maintenance technician to do some wrench turning, Responsible for the safe operation and maintenance of a wide range of equipment, including pumps,

　　generators, air conditioning systems, heat exchangers and refrigeration equipment, and refrigeration

　　machinery in addition to its associated auxiliary equipment (air compressors, electrical switchgear, pumps,

　　etc). Direct the work activities of Maintenance Technicians in the day to day operational duties

　　Skills and Requirements

　　-commercial HVAC experience

　　-plumbing experience

　　-electrical experience

　　-this is a single man site so they need a general well rounded background in maintenance null
