About Trade Agreement Analyst (ADQ)

  Job Description

  A large banking client is looking for an Trade Agreement Analyst to join the ADQ team. The Agreement Data Quality (ADQ) team is part of the Onboarding team for Global Banking and Markets and is responsible for the completeness and accuracy of trading agreement data (ISDAs, CSAs, MSFTA. PB Agreements, Futures, Repo) in the bank system of record. This role within ADQ provides an opportunity to handle the daily flow of newly signed agreements along with managing other data related projects.

  This will entail the review of agreements, identifying pertinent information, and ensuring the data profiled in the system is accurate. The status of all reviews must be tracked in our system. Additionally, the employee will need to perform a variety of onboarding validations as a part of the role.

  Responsibilities:

  Review and interpret agreements

  Identify pertinent information

  Accurately extract and QA data and upload agreement into contract repository

  Track status and assist with reporting

  Check Dodd-Frank Good to Trade (GTT) status to ensure that the new counterparty is GTT

  Assist Onboarding team with various requests and issues

  Manage ad hoc projects as needed related to agreement data or management of the group

  Contribute to the updating of team procedures guide as needed

  Skills and Requirements

  1 year of work experience in a role that requires knowledge of or exposure to trading agreements (ISDAs, CSAs, MSFTA. PB Agreements, Futures, Repo)

  Strong attention to detail

  Bachelor's degree - Working knowledge of trading agreements and industry regulations that impact trade documentation (e.g. SEC SBS Protocol, Dodd Frank Protocols 1.0 and 2.0, Futures, Repo, US Resolution Stay, UMR)

  Strong Excel and Power Point skills null
