Job Description

　　Insight Global is looking for a secret cleared Project Manager to supporting a large government client. Key deliverables may include but are not limited to:

　　Key Deliverables

　　Organize and present findings to leadership on a monthly and quarterly basis.

　　Management reports, process maps, and presentations.

　　Data collection and analysis tools to measure change.

　　Assumptions

　　Observations will be performed onsite passport agencies and centers, as requested by the Regional Offices; some tasks may be able to be performed remotely.

　　Each consultant will be responsible for observation and reporting on an average of six or seven agencies/centers.

　　o Each round of observation and reporting will last approximately one-week onsite. (The four centers likely take twice as long, due to second shifts and sheer size.)

　　o Travel will be required as necessary; costs to be determined.

　　Access to data and systems will be provided as necessary.

　　Services provided under the contract can be expanded or reduced as necessary.

　　Skills and Requirements

　　Secret or Top Secret clearance

　　Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification and has used in a recent project

　　Minimum of 5 years' of experience

　　Demonstrated ability to provide guidance and direction for multiple projects

　　Experience designing, implementing, and managing Federal government project plans and associated processes; and the capability to manage multi-task projects of high complexity

　　Experience with communication and knowledge management, project management and compliance, Agile/Scrum management, configuration and change management, and other cross-functional personnel that support all functional areas null
