Job Description

　　We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Process Engineer to join a leading supplier of coating solutions and components in the Norwood, MA area. This person will be responsible for documenting the current manufacturing process from raw material to finished product and using experience and knowledge to work with the team to find areas of improvement. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of manufacturing/production of polymers/coatings& metals and should have a track record of using their expertise to find creative solutions.

　　Responsibilities:

　　* Document the current manufacturing process and identify areas of improvement.

　　* Work hands on with the team to develop and implement process improvements.

　　* Develop and maintain process documentation.

　　* Monitor and analyze process data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

　　* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that process improvements are implemented effectively.

　　* Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

　　Skills and Requirements

　　* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.

　　* 3+ years of experience in Process Engineering within Manufacturing/Production

　　* Knowledge of Polymer/coatings& Metals production process

　　* Six Sigma Training& Knowledge

　　* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

　　* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

　　* Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Six Sigma Black or Green Belt

　　* Lean Knowledge null
