　　Ensure that the all new development & early phase clinical projects are initiated into the organisation according to the formal introduction procedure

　　Ensure timely handover via the Business Development team and formal initiation into the organization for new development & early phase clinical business wins

　　Liaise with clients and BD during site visits & Business reviews as required prior to project win

　　Promote the use of standard templates for project initiation, planning activities and management of the projects, continuously improving the development project management process both with clients and internally

　　Monitor the set business routines which enable the on-time delivery of projects spanning across PCI service offerings, delivering a World Class customer service

　　The role is accountable for the tracking and reporting of the teams KPIs to the Director of Project Management

　　Ensure the open Order book is up to date, accurate and that variations to the forecasts are managed and reported in a timely manner

　　Changes in scope of work are identified and captured by the generation of change orders and accurately captured as part of financial forecast

　　To undertake such tasks and to manage specific internal or ad hoc projects as and when required to meet department and business needs and within the scope of the job-holder's capabilities
