MUST BE BILINGUAL SPANISH SPEAKING -As a receptionist at our facility, your primary role will be to serve as the initial point of contact for our clients in alignment with our mission of compassionate, caring, and professional care. Your responsibilities will include greeting and directing visitors, answering and forwarding incoming calls, and handling administrative duties with a focus on promoting a supportive, peaceful environment. In addition to these tasks, you will also be expected to embody our commitment to emotional wellbeing, by fostering an atmosphere of trust and comfort for our clients and their families. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role as a Medical Receptionist

• Proficiency in using Allscripts, EHR SYSTEM, Medical software, Medisoft, and Microsoft Excel

• Proven experience with Billing Functions and creating Charts - Graphs

• Knowledge of Chiropractic practices and Clinical Trial Operations

• Familiarity with Insurance processes in a medical setting

• Fluency in Spanish Language and ability to perform Spanish Translation

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

• Knowledge of medical terminologies and procedures

• Demonstrated ability to maintain patient confidentiality.
