POSITION SUMMARY: Our talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for helping with our overall recruiting strategy by working with managers, candidates, and the rest of the HR Team to actively recruit and fill multi level positions within Coats. We are looking for a candidate who has a sense of urgency, and has a strong desire to meet (TTF) metrics, while being incentivized to do so.
This person needs to be driven to meet and exceed those TTF metrics, and be able to promote Coats brand and future to candidates.
The role is hybrid, and is expected to be on-site at our LaVergne, TN office 2-3 days a week.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES:
Help develop and maintain overall recruiting strategy for the organization
Be subject matter expert on our Applicant Tracking System, including managing requisition templates and serving as Super User
Meet or Exceed Time to Fill (TTF) metric for all positions based on our KPIs
Identify and utilize the best sourcing channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and social media, to locate, engage and attract diverse candidates, for positions in different fields
Proactively contact passive candidates to attract high-quality candidates to Coats
Design and maintain a recruiting plan for remote Field Associates across the United States
Work with HR team and hiring managers to ensure candidates are screened to meet the qualifications for positions.
Track and monitor Talent Acquisition metrics and implement countermeasures when necessary
Maintain relationships with candidates during the screening and interview process
Disposition candidates appropriately and send communications to candidates
Work with HR Director for offer approvals and negotiation with candidates
Monitor and manage social media/career pages
Assist HR Coordinator with college and university planning and recruiting efforts for intern positions
Attend career fairs as necessary
Other duties, projects and assignments as required to assist local HR team, and serve as back-up for HR Coordinator
Assist with greater platform recruiting when needed
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field required
Minimum of 5 year recruiting experience required, preferably with technical recruiting knowledge
Experience with KPIs, and proven experience driving towards them and meeting or exceeding them with a sense of urgency
Experience driving the recruiting process and pushing back on hiring managers when needed
Experience managing up to 15-20 requisitions at a time
Manufacturing experience preferred
Experience recruiting for field/remote positions preferred
Ability to handle confidential information, decisions, and situations
Must be extremely organized, detail oriented and effectively utilizes time management skills and can multi-task
Ability to travel 5% of the time
Must have above average interpersonal and customer service skills, with ability to work cross functionally and adapt to different social settings
Able to work overtime as needed
