　　The Role

　　We are looking for a Social and Content Executive, with a passion for beauty and particularly, nails, to help execute our social strategy through creative content. 14 Day Mani, a disrupter in the nail game, is looking for a creative Social and Content Executive to join their rapidly expanding company with global ambitions.

　　Sat within the social and content team, you will be planning and executing creative social and content strategies, that are aligned with the overall business objectives.

　　We are looking for someone with experience of working within the beauty or nail industry, with previous experience in creating impactful social messaging - ideally with a tonne of TikTok experience.

　　This is an exciting opportunity to work in a start-up environment, founder led business with huge room for upskilling and career growth.

　　Responsibilities

　　Planning and scheduling social content for use across the brands social platforms

　　Devising your own content, imagery and creative to be used across social as well as other marketing channels

　　Sourcing models and nail content creators to showcase the product and for use on social imagery and short-form videos

　　Editing and scheduling of social posts to be used across Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube and TikTok.

　　Collaborating with internal teams on trends, ideas and cohesive marketing strategies to ensure posts are engaging, current and visually impactful.

　　Reporting back on social analysis and engagement to further dictate future posts

　　Community management, assisting on responding to post mentions, comments and messaging via social.

　　Skills

　　At least 2 years' experience within a Social and Content role from the Beauty/Nail industry

　　A creative portfolio demonstrating your social capabilities in imagery and editing short-form videos

　　Strong experience in using Canva

　　Social reporting skills, able to analyse performance and feed back to internal marketing team

　　A passion for nails – either you paint and shoot your own nails, or locate models to demonstrate the products for social posts

　　Attention to detail, and an eye for design and creative – staying up to date with latest trends and innovations in nails

　　Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment

　　This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join a business at a pivotal time in their growth. Joining a start-up, you'll have exposure to lots of areas within the business, which will develop your professional skillset as well as being part of a friendly and passionate team!

　　You'll be onsite 2-3 days per week, close to East Putney, therefore before applying please ensure you can travel to this location.
