Description

　　If you have a passion for Human Resources and you're looking for an exciting, new Generalist opportunity, Robert Half has the opportunity for you as a Human Resources Generalist.

　　Job Duties:

　　Updating Daily Substitution Needs into the Frontline System

　　Approving time “waiting” absences in the Skyward System

　　Forward emails in the HR specialist mailbox to the appropriate HR individual

　　Process employment verification inquiries

　　Input Bereavement request (once documentation received), enters sub request into Frontlin system, enters absence into Skyward system, follows up with employee if documentation is not received notifies supervisor of absence

　　Jury Duty request: enters sub request into Frontline system, enters absence into Skyward system, follows up with employee if documentation is not received. Notifies supervisor of absence

　　Workers Compensation: sends appropriate documentation to injured employees, sends process to employees, follow up with need for the injury form if needed, forwards information to carrier and notifies payroll. If employee will be out - notification that time taken will be counted against FMLA

　　Enter sub requests into Frontline and time off requests in Skyward as needed

　　Requirements

　　Skills:

　　Prefer previous HR Assistant/Payroll asst experience

　　Detailed orientated

　　Computer skills

　　Knowledge of Frontline preferred

　　Knowledge of Skyward Finance preferred
