  Summary of Position:

  Reporting to the FP&A Analyst Team Lead of Global Enterprise Sales, the Senior Financial Analyst is a key contributor to the overall success of the Sales FP&A team, providing a high degree of proficiency in analyzing accounting data, identifying, and communicating financial risk, and working cross functionally with sales, operations, and finance departments to resolve issues affecting the line of business P&L. This role includes responsibilities focused on high level forecasting, assessing inventory positions to mitigate risk along with assisting the Business Unit Controller with the near-term forecast and annual budget, delivering value-added business analysis and meaningful financial and operational metrics that inform insightful and accurate business decision-making.

  What you will be doing?

  Key Responsibilities:

  Responsible for reviewing and presenting the weekly forecast to key stakeholdersCommunicate and coordinate with financial analyst and Business Unit Controller (BUC) on closing specific tasks.Analyzing detailed monthly and quarterly reporting packages including variance analysis against budget and forecast and review results with accounting, FP&A, and Senior P&L OwnersProvide recommendations for enhanced P&L profitabilityEscalate and present preliminary order and service deferral resolution, and reconcile backlog, communicating and coordinating with finance and business partners to mitigate risks.Assist in escalation of AR related risk Periodic review of inventory levels and coordination with operational organization and P&L Owners to minimize inventory levels and cost of capitalPrepare the annual budget, working cross functionally with business and finance leadership to meet budget targets and timelines.Assist the sales organization with complex deal analysis and structure of terms and conditions.Support analysis of customer profitability and headcount productivity metrics to facilitate decision support for the line of business.Ownership of specific payroll comp reports, coordinating with payroll, sales and BUC on reports.Coordinating with accounting on Customer Incentive FundsPerform other work-related duties as assigned

  Qualifications:

  Bachelor's Degree in finance, business, or accounting. 3-5 years of related work experience.Continuous improvement mentality with the ability to embrace change and a commitment to the high performing team management model.Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong technical proficiency in the Microsoft product suite. Understanding of enterprise resource planning systems, with Hyperion and Oracle e-Business experienceStrong listening, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate across multiple business levels
