Sr. Program Manager, Adobe Digital Video & Audio

We seek a Program Manager to drive the development and evolution of core products and services targeting both long-term and aspiring video content creators.
The focus of this role is to drive delivery against commitments spanning our portfolio of video products. Program Management resolves dependencies, works to clear obstacles, and precisely communicates progress against plan. This includes having a strong ability to collaborate across all functions of the company and connect with peers, outside teams, and executive staff.
What You'll Do:
Drive strategic and tactical decisions to ensure the successful delivery of projects
Relentlessly resolve ambiguity with positivity and clear, scalable processes
Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering regarding product definition, project timeline, feature scope, commitments, and project-related decisions.
Closely partner across the project, product, and subject area boundaries, working with service, marketing, business, engineering, and product teams to proactively handle dependencies, define schedules, and plans, and drive alignment.
Be a change agent: Identifying and implementing ways to improve processes and remove bottlenecks to systemically improve how we deliver value to our customers.
Evaluate existing processes and procedures. Make recommendations and drive process improvement and adoption of standard methodologies (processes, tools, etc.)
Effectively handle change and risk, collaborating with your colleagues to make the right decisions at the right time, appropriate communication occurs, and plans are thoughtfully adjusted to reflect vital fluctuations in goals and requirements.
Drive projects and coordinate inter-dependencies across product teams from delivery to plan.
Run status and reporting to provide project willingness to different levels.
Be an agile coach and mentor: Participating in daily agile activities and acting as a trusted advisor to support teams to increase their efficiency and ensure the right features are crafted and delivered on time with the highest quality.
Partner with 3rd party developers to extend the development ecosystem and build and complete a comprehensive roadmap involving both internal and external development teams.
What is needed to succeed:
BE or MBA or equivalent experience with a minimum of 5+ years' exp as a Program Manager in software, SaaS, and related industry
Scaled Agile Framework experience in a software environment
Consistent track record of working successfully with highly technical engineering teams, with previous experience in helping them deliver against a backlog
Shows ability to provide structure and vital process without compromising execution.
Experience with development methodologies and tactics for roadmap, backlog, and development management is required. Agile, Scrum, and/or other iterative development methodologies are preferred.
Consumer focus and ability to use intuition, consumer input, and data to rapidly test and validate products and features
Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
Excellent speaking, writing, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to persuade, and encourage others.
Experience handling projects with remote/geographically dispersed team members
