  KPMG is currently seeking a ServiceNow Product Owner to join our Digital Nexus technology organization. This is a remote work opportunity.

  Responsibilities:Lead the responsibilities of a product owner including the technical consultation, configuration, development of stories based on user requirements and Agile Team deliveryProvide subject matter expertise in the ServiceNow Platform including the IRM/GRC Product suite of applications and capabilitiesWork closely with key business stakeholders, ServiceNow Architects, Platform Admins, Release Train Engineers, Scrum Masters and Solution Developers to properly capture and maintain a Product Backlog which is prioritized for planned releases based on the Product Managers roadmapsConfigure modules for ongoing requirements from business and technology process owners across the organization; set up ServiceNow product demos for POC and for end of Sprint Releases in lower environments leading to planned releases into the production environments including and not limited to DEV, TEST, STAGE and UATOversee ServiceNow implementation product planning according to both product and platform technical integrated roadmaps; work directly with multiple Leaders, Risk Business Customers, Technology Teams, and to ensure continual delivery is on trackManage business process to product capability mapping, creation of Agile user stories, technical designs, sprint planning sessions, backlog refinement, testing, UAT and deployment; provide guidance to developers on ServiceNow standard configurations and conduct final QA reviews of all ServiceNow deliverablesQualifications:Minimum five years of recent ServiceNow System Administration experienceBachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred; certifications in ServiceNow Administrator, Application Developer, Implementation Specialist (CSA, CAD, CIS), Implementation Specialist (one or more focuses in ServiceNow) are preferred; Industry Certifications including SAFe Product Owner, SAFe Implementer, SAFe Agilist, and Scrum Master are also preferredExperience with ServiceNow Next in UI design configuration, implementation, development, standard list/form/navigation updates, workflows, instance management, creating tables, and fields; experience with SDLC, Agile Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban methodologies; great communication skills, team player, drives processes and takes active ownership of deliverablesDeep understanding of ServiceNow Platform end to end delivery processes; advanced functional and technical understanding of the ServiceNow IRM/GRC best practicesFamiliarity with the platform data model including CSDM, data analytics and data reporting, ServiceNow Process; strong process development, facilitating requirements for SNOW implementations as well as ServiceNow integration, automation, and workflowsDemonstrated knowledge in the creation and modification of various Access Controls (ACL's), Business Rules, Scripting, Ajax Query, Glide Scripting, Jelly Scripts, Java Scripting, UI Policies; Service Portals (Widgets, Server Scripting, Client Scripting, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, Portal Configuration); ServiceNow version Upgrade experience; Vancouver, Tokyo, San Diego, Rome, Quebec, Paris, and Orlando
