The Position
The Senior Specialist, Customer Channel Access is responsible for executing access strategies and managing operational and procurement processes that support the broader Women’s Health portfolio and potentially additional WH assets acquired via business development. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious self-starter, new in their career who is interested in learning more about the fundamentals of marketing. This position will report to the Executive Director, Women’s Health Customer Channel Access. The Position will be based in Plymouth Meeting, PA with an on-site expectation. Flexible work arrangements will be considered.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with brand and access leads and cross-functional colleagues to support access strategies that maximize growth opportunities for brands.
Support tactical execution of field bulletins, procurement processes, vendor management, and contract management.
Support the Promotional Review Team (PRT) submission process for the Women’s Health access team, in collaboration with other functions, for WH account level content.
Support management of the Women’s Health budget across all brands in partnership with the access leads, ensuring transparency and clarity of spend across the business, and coordinating all budget efforts.
Open and manage purchase orders and internal accounting and budget processes.
Leverage data, research and insights to inform gross to net and customer channel strategies.
Stay abreast of leading trends in market access, pricing, policy, customer accounts, and monitor competitive landscape.
Collaborate with marketing and sales colleagues to create awareness and integration across shared strategic initiatives.
Support agency/vendor management to ensure quality, on time, and on budget execution of key initiatives.
Required Education, Experience and Skills:
Bachelor's Degree.
Experience in finance, market access, marketing, sales/marketing support, or sales in complex business.
Strategic and innovative thinker.
Test and learn mindset to drive culture of innovation.
Strong communication and presentation skills
Demonstrated preliminary business acumen, and ability to collaborate within the team and cross-functionally.
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities.
Comfort with learning new systems, processes, and software (e.g., SAP, Veeva, etc.)
Preferred Education, Experience and Skills:
MBA or equivalent.
Experience in market access, analytics, finance.
2 or more years of marketing experience in Women's Health or pharmaceutical industry.
