Proficient at following andlooking up weld procedures, work instructions, and inspection criteria.Demonstrate the ability to meet routed hours with acceptable quality.Meets all safety requirements. MAJOR DUTIES: Welds basic to moderatelyadvanced weldments with minimal quality errors (As outlined in Tridentstamping discipline procedure.) Work from basic to moderate drawings andjob layouts. Understand and read weld symbols. Basic crane operationsand rigging. Perform quality checks throughout process. Visual weldinspection. Operate hand burn plasma and torch. Understand and applyweld sequencing with guidance. Basic fabrication techniques andapplication. Basic straightening techniques. Other duties as assigned.EXPERIENCE PREFERRED/SPECIAL NOTES: Experience or coursework in basicmath, basic blueprint, basic crane operations and rigging. Minimum1-year welding experience in a heavy manufacturing environment.
