Job Description

　　A small luxury cruise line headquartered in Miami is looking for a Seaware Business Analyst to oversee the end to end use of Seaware, the cruise line reservation system, to meet the needs of business stakeholders. This role includes working closely with the IT group, Guest Services, Revenue, Inventory, Accounting, Sales, Marketing and Hotel Operations groups to take in business requirements and translate those needs into actionable system configuration, bug fixes, patching, and more. They will also be a liaison for the software vendor as needed, and serve as a true product owner for this system. Their day to day will include responding to tickets, taking in business requirements, troubleshooting, and configuration. They will need to also occasionally be available for after-hours support in case of emergency problems. They will have the support as needed from an additional system analyst and the greater IT team.

　　Skills and Requirements

　　-1+ year of experience working with Seaware reservation system in a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or Product Owner

　　-Basic SQL experience and an understanding of the SDLC -Culture fit: kind, friendly, strong communication and customer service experience to work closely with internal stakeholders

　　-PCI compliance and data privacy understanding and experience working around null
